« The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

« La Casa Dina est très bien située dans la partie nord de Minorque. La maison est dans un endroit très calme loin du tumulte des stations balnéaires de la cote. Elle est située un peu en retrait dans l'ile dans la verdure à 10 minutes de plages tranquilles. La maison est très propre et correctement équipée. Toutefois une petite base de consommables comme nous avons l'habitude d'avoir dans nos précédentes locations Abritel à notre arrivée aurait été bienvenue. »

« Tout était parfait. Très bon échange avec le propriétaire, en amont. Instructions claires et détaillées. Le logement est très bien agencé, fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni, ainsi que les produits de première nécessité. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement de choix a 5 min du port et 8 min de la plage. Je recommande vivement !! »

« We were met by the owner at the property and she was very pleasant and happy explained everything. To our surprise she had got some basic supplies in so we were able to have a drink on arrival which was wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and she has even got some spices, condiments, cooking oil etc already there. The apartment was small but perfectly formed and very nicely decorated. The outside terrace was great with a bbq and overlooks the pool which was great to...
