Dear TESSIA , Thank you for taking from your time and write about us , first of all we are sorry for any inconveniences that caused bad experience during your stay , But there are some points we would like to clear for our upcoming guests , unfortunately all what you said about the place and the building is not true , the building is historical building that been renovated twice from the government in the last 3 years , so the building is in a very good shape and everyone can see that , our hotel is not ruined , and everything is working perfectly . But also we would like to share the true reason that made you write such un honest words about our hotel , You arrived to our hotel with an Egyptian man , and according to our ( country law ) this is not possible unless you are married officially , so we could not do that and allow you in the room together , so you asked for cancellation and for your money back and as you paid to expedia with your card , we asked you to contact expedia for free cancellation and getting your money back from them , that's why you did not like the hotel , for something is totally out of our hands , hope you are more honest with your future reviews , Best of Luck and sorry again for your experience .
