« A very nice cottage with a real seaview. Everything you need is in the cottage. Beds are comfortables, the kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is situated on the Ring of Kerry. The village of Sneem is only 10 minutes away by car. In the area you can do nice walks. Go to Derrynane for instance for a walk. When you are there, take a boat trip on the Atlantic Ocean and Kenmare Bay, if you are lucky, like we were, you will get to see dolphins! »

« We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! We used our downtime to catch up on showers, laundry, rest, and relaxation before resuming our tour around Ireland. On ne se lassait pas d'admirer la vue sur le bras de mer qui arrive juste au bout du jardinet! La maison est restée dans son jus depuis les années 80,, mais l'équipement est suffisant et conforme au descriptif. Un lave -vaisselle serait le bienvenu, cependant... « We rented Tallon Lodge for a week and our stay couldn't have been better! Ann and Finbarr are very nice, helpful hosts, it was a pleasure to speak to and meet them. Right at the start they surprised us with milk, eggs, fruit and some other tasty things. « Stayed a week with my family for the last week of September. The house was perfect, with everything we needed (Cora, the owner, was also great with communicating with us, thank you!). The view from the patio on top of the hill overlooking Castletown Berehaven and Bere Island was incredibly beautiful. The house is close to town and a short drive to the West shores of Allihies and the Southern stretch down near Dursey Island. All around a perfect 10 spot, highly recommend this magical place. P.S....
