After 10pm, loud noises are no longer accepted.

## Neighborhood

With its convenient location, this flat makes it possible to enjoy a daily stroll along the beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Walk along the promenade Marcel Proust along the seafront to the town centre, also known as l'éventail, with its many shops and restaurants. Do not forget the market held in the Halles car park on Wednesday and Sunday mornings out of season, where you can buy the freshest fish and seafood. As you explore the town centre, you will inevitably notice the Grand Hôtel and the casino, as well as the 150 Belle Époque villas! When it comes to restaurants, try the seafood at Baligan or a gastronomic experience at Bouche à Oreille or Jeff.
