"Great location! Close to everything! Room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the balcony. Kids also enjoyed the games and family activities that the hotel had. I really loved that there was a Laundry room for guest. Our family really loved this hotel and we will be back."

"The cleaning staff is very good, but the other staff isn't helpful if you have a problem, so good luck! The noise in the hallways, elevator doors, and outdoor traffic coming through the thin walls of my room is extremely loud. If this is a hotel, they should at least ensure low noise levels. Despite all the perfumes in the room, you can still smell cigarettes from the casino. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to rest. If you're coming to the casino, they charge you to play and withdraw your money, and if you want to play, you're forced to buy a card, which they also charge you for. Drinks are $10 and up and pretty weak. Not many machines or tables to play on; it's pretty small, and the machines don't really give you much. I've seen better at other casinos."

"The property was clean, safe, convenient and fun. The pool and zen garden are great features. My only complain is the wifi and tv don’t work so well. That could be a Tijuana thing though. But I didn’t care too much as I spent my time outside, I’ll definitely be going back!"
