NEWLY Remodeled! Butler Hills #2

  • “Newly remodeled, 22 miles from Ark Encounter. 3BR, family room, game room w/ skeeball & foosball, plus downstairs TV room w/ 70” TV. Sleeps 12 (2 queen BRs upstairs, bunk room w/ queen below). Enjoy gazebo, fire pit, grill, picnic table & Licking River access. IMPORTANT: You are booking ONE SIDE of a duplex only—private unit, not entire property.”

    This home is newly remodeled, modern and spacious. This home allows for 12 guests to stay comfortably. 2 smart TV`s are located throughout, perfect to kick back and watch a game or have a family movie night. The outdoor space is great with a gazebo to drink your morning coffee at and enjoy the view. We also offer a firepit and plenty of firewood to enjoy. Please enjoy our walking trail ( be mindful of the terrain) to the licking river, where we have provided a picnic table and outdoor grill.

    You have access to one side of the duplex.

    We offer help with anything you need.

The place is beautiful, the cleaning was OK, but it could use some baseboards and doors wipe down in the refrigerator door needed wiped down, seats outside had cobwebs, and such.

Lovely home

This home is very beautiful and more spacious than I really expected. The location was super convenient for us to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We found a couple of local places to eat while staying here. I really loved this home and will keep it on our list of places to return to.

We decided to visit Ark Encounter. We found this beautiful duplex to rent and it did not disappoint! Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, clean, clean! Perfect location! Do not hesitate to select this home for your next trip! Oh, and pricing was spot on!

The property and the house are well furnished and overall fairly comfortable. We did not use all the amenities, but the property does appear to have some nice things to do.

My family traveled to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter. The house was just as described. It was clean. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it for a family.

Girls trip

This was a perfect house for my mom, aunt, daughter and I. We all had our own space. The bedrooms were perfect! We had a little trouble with the code at check in but the hosts fixed it right away. The walk to the river is a little steep but its beautiful. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Room for all

His property was perfect for our group, the kids got downstairs and the moms got upstairs. Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked - only complaint would be the road noise. We were rarely there, but did cook when there. All appliances work, and communication with the owner was great.

Family Ark Encounter Getaway

Property was very clean. We had 6 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room. I would only say watch the gravel path down to the river. The rocks shift easily and can make for a slippery hike.

Ark Encounter and Creation Museum

House was clean and just what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The only thing I would suggest is to add a small fan for the downstairs bedroom. It had plenty of bed space but gets a little stuffy with no air moving around. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Luxurious duplex near The Ark

Outdoor spaces were lovely and big enough to accommodate 15. We reserved both sides of the duplex and the indoors were perfect for big families with or without children! I did enjoy having everyone together! Precious memories with our family at The Ark !! Built fire in the fire ring most nights. The grown boys loved that too!!
