Golf trip
It was great for 4 adults. We planned a golf trip and great bear course is 15 minutes away. House was great for what we needed. Fire pit was used every night and the BBQ was great. They also have a pool table and air hockey. Need more pool sticks. Close to all stores and everything you need. It’s a nice place to stay.

Weekend getaway
We had 9 in our group with three small kids. Plenty of room and entertainment in the basement to keep us busy when weather not permitting. The owner was generous with all our requests. Both caretaker and owner responsive to all our messages. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. Good value for the cost. We would definitely book again!

great experience overall; clean house, plenty of room, owner was very easy to reach and fast to respond. One suggestion, in case any upcoming renovations are planned - adding 1/2 bath in the basement would make a huge difference!

The home is as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The home and the community have lots of amenities. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The WIFI is terrible in the area but not for T-Mobile so if you have Verizon, internet may be slow. The property is close to attractions but we had tons to do just within the community. My kids enjoyed the spacious basement/entertainment center; my husband and I enjoyed the outdoor space. We had no issues with water pressure or lack of hot water at all. The host was super communicative and helpful. This will be our new go-to place when in the Poconos.

Just OK
The best way I can describe this property is OK. The pictures on the listing compared to in-person was underwhelming. A few things if you plan on booking here: - TV upstairs and downstairs only had a handful of channels. - Shower can only keep hot water for a few minutes at best and takes a while between showers for it to return - pressure was also very low. - There’s a gate to enter/exit and I was surprised how long the waits were coming in and out. - Community center was a let-down - only open for four hours and of the two pools, only one was open and swamped with people. - The skiing amenities were not opened until Saturday PM which was also disappointing. - The downstairs bed feels like you’re lying on plywood. Is an OK place to stay if your expectations are modest.

This home was perfect for our family trip to the Delaware Water Gap. The home is extremely well maintained and clean. It is very close to hiking and the nearby attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

The game basement area is lots of fun. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The owners are super nice and communicative. The back deck and fire pit are very pleasant and pretty. The community amenities are nothing especially impressive, but the house is fine even without them,

We were led to believe, this property had a entrance level bedroom and it did not, by the rental company. This house is not handicap accessible. The owners were wonderful in helping us get our comatose adult daughter in.

Great time!
The pictures do not do the house justice. It's much nicer in person! Everything was extremely clean and the house smelled amazing. Cozy fireplace, quiet neighborhood, all around relaxing! Plenty of games, tvs, etc. Only issue we had was the main bathroom, the water took a really long time to even get hot. But nothing else was wrong, owner checked in on a daily basis, all was well. Would definitely return!

Little rustic getaway
It was a lovely stay. We loved the rustic feel of the place. Very nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Really enjoyed the games in the basement area. The backyard leads to a little cute creek that our little toddler loved. It might not have everything you want, but its everything you need in a weekend home.

Great home for family vacation!
The home is beautiful and as advertised. The home was clean and had most everything we needed. The game room was a hit! The backyard and deck were relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit. We saw some beautiful nature too. The pools and beach were nice too. The indoor pools were closed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Few notes, there is no A/C downstairs, although it stayed fairly cool. Towels are provided, but not wash cloths. Children 7 and older need a badge.

This place was a perfect fit for us! A group of us take a trip yearly for a little weekend getaway. Not only was there more than enough space to accommodate all sleeping needs, but there was a ton of options for recreation. The pool table, air hockey, foosball and board games provided a whole days worth of entertainment. We also spent another day at one of the community’s recreation centers, swimming and playing basketball. The property manager was extremely helpful and accessible for any questions. We are already considering coming back in the summer! Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful stay
It was a great stay for a group of friends. The basement’s “sports bar” set up was perfect for us. Beds were comfy. I loved that we were able to control each rooms temperature individually (because some prefer it warmer than others.) The owner also had the place stocked with everything we could have needed.

Perfect for Girls weekend
Our girls weekend is sacred to us and we always want a place to go to relax because we have no husbands or kids with us! This house was fantastic!!! The owners were very communicative with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was soooo clean, having sheets and towels included was a great advantage!! We will be using this for another girls weekend!!!
