"We stayed in this stunning property for the weekend and we loved it. It is so beautifully presented with gorgeous interior design and the space you need. We loved the main living area as everyone was easily accommodated, with plenty of comfortable seating, so they didn't miss out on the chat/TV or whatever. Each bedroom having an ensuite was fantastic and these were beautifully decorated to match the high standard of the other areas in the house. It's a lovely location to walk out the door in the countryside. There is also a fantastic local pub - The Eagle - a 5 minute walk from the property. We'd definitely recommended this property and intend to book again."

"Lovely secluded, cosy cottage. Excellent location and the village was brilliant for eating out. I can recommend the pie and mash at the Swan. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. "

"We stayed at green farm to celebrate my 70th birthday travelling from various parts of the UK and USA. The house is beautiful with decor in keeping with the character of the house. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and soft fluffy towels. The kitchen is well equipped and we managed to Russell up meals for 11 of us easily. Evenings sat around the log fire playing games or chatting were very relaxed. We particularly loved the outside space having an enclosed garden for the dog and a toddler helped. The hot tub was brilliant even in February. We would love to stay again perhaps in autumn when water levels may be lower so we can enjoy the local walks and make use of the outdoor kitchen and relax in the garden. The house is located within easy reach of places of interest for those wanting to explore the area. We would highly recommend Green Farm"

"The property was outstanding. Worthy noteworthy points; excellent communication from host prior to arrival; welcoming luxury treats; spotlessly clean; beautiful linen, towels and generally luxury finish with incredible styling. Kitchen was perfect. Every utensil required for cooking including a BBQ tool set which, due to it being Christmas, didn't get used by us! Plentiful supply of logs for burner. Lovely information booklet with everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area (including photos of the renovation which was fascinating). Felt like a home from home but also a boutique luxury hotel! Would highly recommend. Also loved the village. Dog walks straight from the front door. Artisan bakery for morning treats or Budgens also does fresh bakery products. The ate at the Indian restaurant which was delicious and sampled the wine and beer at both The Swan and The New Inn, both of which was busy, buzzy and welcoming. Letchlade did not disappoint on any level. Only 15 mins to Clarkson's pub or the beautiful village of Burford. I could go on...!!"
