The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean »

Les environs sont très bien avec plusieurs choix de restaurants mais la chose qui nous a déplus le plus est l'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre a notre arrivé. En général nous sommes satisfait pour une nuit. »

« At check-in, I asked if they had a top-floor or end unit room because I was a light sleeper. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30\. I had the bathroom fan, air conditioner fan and TV on, and put on an 8-hour YouTube video of white...

« L'odeur de la chambre est insupportable. J'ai nettoyé moi même la salle de bain. En soulevant le tapis de bain il y avait des cernes de saletés... Nous avons dormi dans nos sacs de couchages tellement tout semblait sale. La famille propriétaire est sympathique et c'est tout ce qui rend l'endroit acceptable. »

« Hôtel situé à proximité d’une zone commerciale : Target. Le personnel est agréable et attentif surtout nos contacts lors du check in et du check out : deux femmes charmantes et bienveillantes. Chambre agréable et bien équipée, la literie est plus que correcte. Malheureusement le jour au niveau de la porte et l’insonorisation font qu’on entend beaucoup. La nuit ne vous attendez pas à une chambre obscure avec la lumière du couloir qui traverse la porte. Concernant le petit déjeuner, inexistant...
