"It’s a nice property with restaurant/bar. We were a group of four adults. Our room was spacious, however the TV was missing from the wall in the bedroom, the fridge was broken and there were plates/glasses etc for only three people when we booked for four. There was plenty of undercover security parking and the staff were friendly."

"Well located, neat and tidy rooms across the road from the historic pub. Off street parking and everything seemed well maintained."

"I recommend the hotel. Our stay was most enjoyable. The Bistro was excellent, parking OK, but the TV reception was intermittent although Netflix worked well. Be warned access to the hotels room is via stairs."

"Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. "
