Love this place, sad about our recent stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times over multiple years. It is a great location and perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, we love this place! Unfortunately our recent visit was unlike others. We were never able to enter the gate, code did not work and we were unable to follow anyone in, so had to stay outside and ask someone to open side walking gate for us. Place needs a deep cleaning, including the carpets. There were spaghetti noodles in the wall in the kitchen - people staying here before were so disrespectful honestly! WiFi was out when we arrived and air conditioning in master bedroom did not work with incorrect instructions when arriving. I will say the owner was very responsive, texting me until 11:30pm until we finally were able to get the air started to cool down. I’m sad to write this as it is a great property for sure!

Great Place for Lake Mohave

Great location for getting to the Lake. A short 10 minute drive to the lake. Roomy condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty on parking for boats and extra cars just outside of complex.

This property was very spacious for our family. The pool table was a big hit. It was to cold to use the pool and hot tub. The check in process was very easy.. Would highly recommend this house for a large family.

Yearly Family River Trip

Perfect for our family

It was our annual river trip with our kids and grandkids. Beds for everyone with a bathroom for each family. Clean, nicely decorated, compfy and close to Kathrine’s Landing. The kids enjoyed watching TV or playing pool. Hoping to come back next year!

Bullhead City Stay

The townhome was conveniently located and very clean. The one inconvenience was the lack of use of the washer and dryer during out stay. The spa was not heated either. Overall it was very roomy for the 10 people we had staying there.

Good location.

Had a great time. Very spacious townhome. Great having a pool table. Garage was deep enough to fit our 19 ft boat but very challenging getting it out with a parking spot across from the garage . Luckily we were able to park right outside of gate in front of the unit on the street. Owners have the washer dryer room closed. I hadn’t realized it didn’t have laundry facilities when booking.

You cannot communicate with Evolve. Not as advertised. Pool key missing.

The Condo was beautiful. The stairs were many. Getting our stuff into the condo took many trips up and down those stairs. Once we got into the condo, we found that it was not cleaned well. A Popsicle stick was on the carpet, with the wadded up wrapper close by, and sticky on the dining room floor. Previous tenants razor was left in the shower. This left us wondering if the beds sheets were changed? Three smoke alarms were beeping, and when we called the contact person, she said it would be easier if we pulled the batteries out ourselves. The living ceiling was 9 or 10 feet tall, so that we a bit of a problem. My sister had called previous to our trip to make sure that there was a blender available for use. She was told yes, but there was not. We were told to go buy one, and she reimbursed it. It was advertised as having a pool in the complex, which it did, but we had no key to access the pool. It took 4 days for the Contact person to get a key to us, and we were leaving about 24 hours later. The condo was laid out nicely with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. All bedrooms had easy access to a bathroom. The day I booked it, I emailed Evolve to take off the first night. I never got a response back from them. A week later, I emailed them to say I could keep that first day after all. Still no response. I figured all is good if they never got either of my emails, we were good to go. The day we were leaving, we noticed they took off the first night, just receiving my 1st email a couple of months after I sent it. We were able to call the contact person, Daffy, and add the first night back on. We had 9 people and were left 8 bath towels. We had so many issues with the cleaning, smoke alarms, and no pool that the owner has agreed that we deserved some of our money back. I wrote an email to evolve vacations last Friday, and this is Wednesday. I have had no response as of yet. Tried to call them, and after a 45 minute wait on hold, they sent me into a voice mail, giving me now choice. Please do not ever book with Evolve. Their customer service is very very very poor. It is customer no service! Airbnb has excellent customer service. I learned my lesson big time. Never again.
