Villa Adry is new built, ground floor villa situated in Kastel, near Umag.

The special feature of this holiday home is the 50 sqm pool with hydromassage corner. The Villa Adry has well maintained garden of 500 sqm fenced with high hedge which gives the guests high level of privacy. In village itself, at only 350 m there is very good, traditional restaurant, while the closest grocery shop is on 2 km , and the beach at only 8,5 km.



Villa accommodates up to 4 guests, completely air conditioned and with total area od 85 sqm. It consists of a kitchen with dining area, living room, two double bed bedrooms and en suite bathrooms (shower/toilet) and one separate toilet. From the kitchen exit leads toward beautiful, covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining.

NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Kanegra during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
