"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "Pros: Das Haus sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben. Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden und Essen findet sichtgeschützt und gut durchdacht draußen statt. Der sehr ruhige Ort Ariany ist noch ursprünglich mit wenig Touristen. "The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

What we did not like: for what we pay/night, they should not charge for parking. We had to find another way to park less expensive.
