Only there for one night. Room was pretty clean and the shower had good water pressure and was very hot. About a 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls. A good cheaper option close to the falls.

I am surprised that the health department keeps this place open. The corridors are extremely dirty with large visible stains. There was then visible dog poop in one of them. The smell is horrible. The only reason I stayed there was because it was non-refundable and the state of the room was fairly clean. Forget about the advertised breakfast. It is nothing to write home about.

Property was sus. Broken window on first floor, abandoned car in lot with a broken window, and low key, just flat out sus. No continental breakfast, “just grab and go”, just a couple granola bars, mixed fruit cups, some questionable apples and oranges. Staff was straight forward, though was on a cell phone call with someone while checking us in. Property on the inside felt unclean and not well kept. Room felt nostalgic of the 90s, reasonably clean. Bed was great. AC was fantastic. Overall, cheap, good sleep, little sus.

Properly had a great location, but it was very dirty. On the website it had continental breakfast. There was no breakfast just coffee and some fruit. Their coffee machine and area where you get. The coffee was absolutely disgusting, it does not seem like they clean or wipe down anything but carpets are also disgusting. I have to say that the staff was very good.. The rooms were clean, but the hallway carpets need a new makeover and so do the walls.

Booked non-smoking room, but they smelled like smoke anyways. Booked three rooms and only one of them had a fridge. Had to ask the front desk for hand soap but they were helpful. Everything else was good. Plenty of parking. Get what you pay for.

Great hotel for the price. Somewhat of an out of the way location in a residential area but only a highway exit or two away from shopping and restaurants. No breakfast. Morning staff was excellent. Afternoon/evening clerk seemed fairly disinterested. Good value for a one night.

We stayed two nights here and while it looked decent online, I was disappointed with it overall. The lobby and hallways reeked of weed smell, the air conditioner was either freezing us out or had to be turned off (no medium setting which was challenging overnight), only one set of outlets actually held a plug in for use, the light over the bed didn't work, and the reflective wall behind the bed was just weird. The bed itself was good and the bathroom was clean, but people left bags of garbage in hall and were loud/ arguing in the halls overnight.

It was a one night stay. I’ve stayed in many rooms and traveled a lot. This room was modern, very clean, organized, heating was perfect and controllable, bed comfortable. I enjoyed staying there and would stay again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our room to the room with two beds, but the heating/cooling system was not working, which we were asked first if it was okay since they only have two rooms with the two twin beds. We were fine with it. He would have adjusted the price for inconvience, but since we booked through a third party he could not do that.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful with trying to accommodate but the hotel itself was not the best. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though the rooms are “non smoking”. Once you walk in there were towels on the floor from what seemed like a leak. One of our rooms had no working A/C and another had an awful smell of cigarettes and an indescribable smell that we could not tolerate. The front desk helped us out by switching out that room to another which the A/C made a weird noise but it was way better than the funky room. Would not return!

The place is a dump, I don’t know how their stars are so high. It has to be fake reviews but this place is run down. Landscape none whatsoever, front was not even lit up, carpets super dirty, rooms had leaking stains from ceiling, shower curtain rod hanging causing curtain to not even block the water and falls onto floor, I would not recommend, doesn’t feel safe. This place feels like it’s about to close down. So they do no upkeep. I didn’t really interact with the staff besides checking in but one of them I overheard giving a customer attitude as if he didn’t want to help them. One of the people we were with said one of their keycards didn’t work and went to staff to redo keycard and the front desk wouldn’t even do it and told them that they only needed one keycard. I would not recommend staying here and didn’t really feel safe. BTW some lights in the room didn’t even work. We checked out early and went to another hotel.
