The home sits on 4 acres and backs up to a conservation easement, making it feel like the entire valley is yours. Wake up to the best coffee in the valley while taking in unobstructed views of Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Pass. Treat yourself. Enjoy the private hot tub with the best views in the valley!

The home was completely remodeled by the hosts in 2021 to include all new flooring, new cabinets, granite countertops, LG kitchen appliances, fully finished garage, tiled showers, new ceiling fans, LED lights throughout, and much more.

BEDROOMS
There are three private bedrooms in the home. Each bedroom offers a sound machine, night light, and USB/USB-C ports. They all have a smart Roku TV. Please note that we do not offer streaming services, but all apps are available for use with your own account.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite. It has a King bed with an en suite bathroom. The King bed has a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress with a memory foam topper. This is ultimate comfort.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress and a memory foam topper. In the closet, you will find a Twin rollaway bed and extra blankets.

Bedroom 3 has a Full bed and a Twin bed. Both beds have a memory foam mattress for very comfortable sleeping. In the closet, you will find a 2-in-1 compact playard with an optional bassinet for your little one as well as a few toys and books.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are supplied with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels, and a hair dryer. Travel size shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, lotion, and makeup wipes are provided in each bathroom. The showers in both bathrooms have a rainfall shower head because once you use a rainfall shower head, you'll never want anything else.

KITCHEN
We love to cook, so you will have access to all the cooking essentials! The kitchen is stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, and wine glasses. It also has pots, pans, slow cooker, blender, coffee grinder, strainers, mixing bowls, and more. We have you covered for the small miscellaneous items such as all the openers for wine, bottles and cans. We also supply a half pound bag of organic coffee from our local shop, The Buena Vista Roastery! If you're bringing a little one, we have a high chair available.

LIVING ROOM
Enjoy maximum comfort with leather sofas, throw blankets and pillow, lamps, and the best view of Mount Princeton and Cottonwood Pass out the picture windows. Then watch your favorite show on the 65" smart Roku TV with sound bar. Most houses in the valley do not have air conditioning because summers do not get warm enough to justify them. We have installed a *NEW* seasonal air conditioning unit in the living room for the rare days that air conditioning is desired.

LAUNDRY ROOM
You will have access to a full-size LG washer and dryer. We provide scent-free laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The room is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, clothes basket, mop, floor cleaner, broom, vacuum, and first aid kit.

GARAGE (GAME ROOM/GYM)
The garage is fully insulated with a *NEW* commercial grade heater that warms the place up like you're hanging out indoors. In the garage, there is a fitness area equipped with a stationary bike, pull-up bar, dumbbells (5-25 lbs), kettlebells (10-50 lbs), medicine balls, and more. The game area has a pool table, foosball table, *NEW* shuffleboard table, a board game table, corn hole boards, and an additional fridge.

EXTERIOR
The interior of the home is amazing, but let's be honest. It's the views and the privacy that make The Buena Vista Mountain Retreat the ultimate getaway. Enjoy the 6-person HotSprings spa for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring the valley. Because Buena Vista sits at approximately 8,000 feet, the evenings can be cool all year round. This makes for perfect soaking conditions.

Hot tub not your thing? The backyard also has a private horseshoe pit, 4 polywood Adirondack chairs, a swinging bench, and a 6-person dining table for the warmer months. We also offer a Weber gas grill with provided propane and utensils. Enjoy the views of Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Pass in one of the many seating options. Do yourself a favor and book The Buena Vista Mountain Retreat during a new moon. On a clear night, you may be lucky enough to see the best view of The Milky Way of your life.

Guests will not have access to the wood burning stove, wood shed, or barn.

We do not offer a fire pit due to the dry climate and high winds. We appreciate your understanding.

We have the best internet in Buena Vista, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. While it is typically very fast, there are occasional outages that arise from the cold winters, high winds, tower upgrades, and thunderstorms. Mountain living!

The maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests. If unapproved additional guests are discovered at the property during a stay, the renter will be evicted from the property immediately, charged $250 per guest per night, and will not receive a refund for the remainder of their stay. If the additional guests are not discovered until after the renter leaves, the renter will be charged $250 per guest per night.
