« Perfectly sited cabin for jumping off for fabulous spring hikes. The cabin is quiet, private and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Chip fixed the water heater immediately when the pilot light decided to extinguish itself and it was great to chat with him. Would stay again for sure! »

« This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year! »

« Such a beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. So wonderful to wake up to Mt. Princeton out the window in the morning. Could use a couple more throw blankets for snuggles on the couch or coffee on the porch in the morning. »

« The couple that runs this property are very sweet and will help you with anything! Saw deer and trout! The hot tub was amazing by their little stream! They are local walking distance to downtown, but yet you still don’t hear the madness. It’s in a culdesac but it’s completely quiet and serene! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! »

« This was our second time staying and it's one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed at. They have thought of everything. It's a wonderful spot. One thing to note is there are a lot of air fresheners and fragrances at this home. This is tough for our family so mentioning it in case it's tough for yours. »

« We came to BV to spend time with our older daughter and her young children. We'd hang out there and it was perfect. My granddaughter loved all the toys and that there was little kid plates and forks. The only thing missing was a highchair. My only complaint is the matter is double and not a queen. »

« It was as advertised, worked well for a group of friends with a couple dogs. Nice yard, convenient to town. »

« This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time. »

« We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay! »

Lisa was so great to work with, she had flowers, champagne, pictures, and plants all set up for when we walked in. I cannot express how perfect this cabin is and how great Lisa is.
