Aggieland Vacation Rentals require guest to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party.

Three bedroom, two bath, Parkview Cottage in a quiet neighborhood.

This gem is too adorable to pass up if you like to travel with your furry family members. Parkview Cottage is the perfect setting – a park across the street, a lush lawn, a doggie door, and vinyl flooring…. It’s an animal lover’s dream!

The home is very bright and cheery during the day- with the walls and furnishings all full of color! The warmth of Parkview Cottage embraces you the moment you arrive on the doorstep. Sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee with the sunrise is one of the best ways to start your day at this beautiful property.

With the park across the street, it’s easy to take your pet for a walk, get some exercise, feed the ducks, or have a picnic. The pond is also catch-and-release so feel free to bring a fishing pole. The park is great for taking the kids fishing or keeping them busy on the playground if you have leisure time in the afternoon!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a split floor plan – lending itself perfect for families and entertaining. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living area gives you plenty of space for family visiting while preparing meals. The living room has plenty of seating for watching a movie or spending quality time with friends. Parkview Cottage is great for multiple generations of family members to come and enjoy the traditions of Aggieland.

Parkview Cottage provides an inviting atmosphere for your stay. It’s a comfortable setting when you are coming in to celebrate graduations, parents’ weekend, sporting events, Ring Days, and so much more. While staying with us, take a stroll through our beautiful Texas A&M campus, or visit the George Bush Presidential Library. Parkview Cottage is just a quick 12-minute drive from Kyle Field, so game days are always a breeze!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Parkview Cottage Addendum to Booking Agreement-Rules:

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property. Outdoor furniture is located in garage, please put back in garage after each use.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the driveway only. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Trash day is Thursday.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades, secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

Very Nice Rental
This was a very nice, clean rental house in a great neighborhood. We were able to check in early, which was very helpful as our flight landed in Houston at 6am. I'd stay here again if my travels take me to College Station TX.

Great place for dogs
We stayed here while evacuating for Hurricane Ida. The house was fantastic with a nice floor plan for the family. The dogs loved the doggie door to the back yard. Finally, I can’t say enough nice things about he team at Aggieland Vacation Rentals. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of during the evacuation. Highly recommend.

Felt like home
Great house in a wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and downtown Bryan. We (+ our little dog) enjoyed the sweet little backyard that has pretty plants and the sweetest little mushroom yard feature. The owner provides all you need for a very comfortable stay. What stood out to me and something we really appreciated were all the hooks (for hanging everyones towels, purses, clothes, hats, dog leash, etc) and mirrors (great for applying makeup) thru out the house. Plenty of space for the whole family!

Overall enjoyed the stay
The home is very nicely decorated and furnished making our stay comfortable. The only nit is having to sign a separate short term lease contract after reserving and paying on HomeAway already. The second lease is written in such a way that the owner has full discretion to withhold your deposit. But they didn’t and the place is very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. They need to fix the internet also.
