Guest Numbers & Visitors: The number of guests listed on your booking represents the maximum allowed on the property at any time, including visitors. We are happy to accommodate reasonable requests where possible, in line with house rules and capacity limits. If additional guests are detected who are not booked or agreed to, you will be charged an extra guest fee, and in some cases, where this is abused, you may be subject to eviction. This is a requirement of the NSW Government Code of Conduct, which has financial penalties for you and the owner if not followed. Security Cameras & Noise Monitoring: For security and compliance, the property is equipped with two external cameras, currently monitoring the driveway and front entrance only. A noise monitoring device is also installed. Guests must not tamper with or disable this device.
