« Yo reserve este hotel por que me gusta la Alberca y el jacuzzi y cuando tube la reservacion el jacuzzi no Servia . Y cuando entre ala alberca no avia toallas y le dijimos ala personal de hotel y trajeron las toallas como 10 o 15 minutos despues Luego en la mañana fui al desayuno y no habia comida y la pica que avia estába fria y luego le pregunte a una empleda del lugar que si podria traer mas comida y se molesto hizo Caras cuando le dije y luego el area donde está la comida estába muy sucio »

« Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning. »

« The room was clean and the breakfast selection was actually pretty good BUT the pool was disgusting and the room 209 an 210 are across from a locked room that was SO LOUD, like a high power vacuum on 24/7 The front desk staff was very uninterested, rude, not accommodating The coffee maker in the breakfast area wasn’t working and had a sign that the grounds needed to be dumped, alerted the staff in the area and they said to go to the front desk and he rudely said “no it’s not” when said it...

« Everything was excellent except the TV. Shows pixilated half the channels were unavailable. Othse than that it was great. »

« Le personnel est très/trop attentionné, on nous a téléphoné à 10h30 pour nous dire qu'il fallait quitter à 11h... Une première parmi les 20 hôtels/motels que nous avons visité. Le secteur n'est pas pratique si on veut utiliser le transport en commun, c'est plutôt loin des coins intéressants de Portland. »

« The layout of the room and having two bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for our traveling family. However, the room was not clean and it was very dated. We aren’t overly picky about hotels but this one was pretty dirty and old. The bedding was clean though and since we only stayed one night, we overlooked the rest and checked out the next day. We won’t be back. »
