« Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and the outdoor pool / hammocks were a nice reprieve on our last day when the ocean was a bit too aggressive for my liking! Staff was able to hold our bags when we arrived early before our room was available, and they were able to accommodate late check out for us. The location was prime as well with only a short 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, bars, restaurants and the main road where you can hop onto the buses. Would stay here...

La chambre correspond à ce que nous avons vu sur le site et l'hotel correspond en tout point à tout ce qui a été décrit, un hotel pied dans l'eau. L'environnement très pratique pour les courses et un peu de shopping. L'ensemble a été très agréable, à part le cout de la vie très élevé. A recommencé »

"La chambre et le personnel étaient parfaits. J’ai réussi à avoir un petit réfrigérateur le lendemain de mon arrivée. C’est quand même surprenant que ce ne soit pas automatique que dans un hôtel de cette qualité, il n’y en ait pas dans toutes les chambres. Ma chambre était du côté est, à côté de la plaza et certains soirs la musique et les chants karaoke étaient très forts jusqu’à 1:00 am. Impossible de dormir ou d’écouter la télévision. L’endroit, le personnel, la bouffe, la plage, tout est vraiment bien!"

"It was perfect! The food was outstanding and the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Worth the money. I came for March break from Toronto with two kids. The only negative it was slightly too quiet and the kids at times were a bit bored because they didn’t have friends Their age or nightly events were almost nonexistence. Other than that, if you wanna come relax visit, this was honestly the best spot I have ever been in an all inclusive. It just wasn’t the best place to be with and for kids."
