Just a few minutes from the beaches of Brétignolles-sur-Mer, this charming chalet located in the heart of the Domaine des Corniches welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a peaceful and friendly setting, ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the Vendée coast whilst benefiting from access to a heated communal swimming pool within the estate.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, perfect for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying the gentle summer evenings. A real asset of the residence, a heated indoor pool at 28°C (open from 1st April to 30th November), unsupervised, is also available for moments of relaxation throughout your stay.



Inside, you will discover a warm and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax after a day spent at the beach or exploring the surroundings. The dining area, open to the kitchen, allows you to share convivial meals with family. The American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as everything you need to cook as you would at home.



On the night side, the chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), a private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x190)



A second bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer completes the accommodation.



Two private parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.



For your comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
