Communication with the owners was fantastic. As others have indicated, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for unit. The neighborhood was great, hot tubs great at the end of the day and heated parking was a nice treat in the snow. The only downside that we saw is similar to what some others have said, it is a pretty good walk to and especially home from the Quicksilver lift on peak 9\. It wouldn't have been as much of a problem for just adults, but walking back with kids and gear after a long day on the slopes is a daunting task, especially if you are not used to the elevation. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs was one of the reasons we chose this condo.
