When they say location you are on point with this one. We were close to Silver Dollar City, restaurants, Table Rock Lake, Branson Landing, lots of hiking around the area. We went every morning and hiked. My favorite hiking area was Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area. We loved it so much we want to make it a yearly family tradition. We loved sitting out on the screened porch and listening to the river. The condo had everything that we needed. The bed in the master bedroom is very high up off the ground. I used my suitcase as a step stool to get up in it( I’m 5’ 5”). My youngest son, who just graduated college, traveled with us. Our favorite spot was on the back porch watching the river - it was so relaxing. We loved the pool especially since it was 100 degrees when we were there. We couldn’t have found a better place because this was perfect for our getaway. Communication with the owner was great. Definitely will be back again. ##### Carol M. I was disappointed that I reached out to the owner and never have heard back from her/him. I ended up calling Grand Welcome and they were able to answer my question. There were also no extra sheets for the pull-out bed that I could find but overall, we were happy with the condo and would rent again. Grand Welcome did a great job sending us information that we needed for check-in, check-out, wifi info, etc. ##### Kari T. The loft is open so there is not as much privacy for those staying in the loft. I enjoyed the view of Lake Taneycomo from the screened in deck. Access to the trail along the lake was a bonus! I took my mom to Branson for a "quiet" weekend away but surprised her with her two best friends from college that she hasn't seen in 30 years! We talked all night on the back porch and listened to the river as well as enjoyed the trials by the river! The kitchen was completely set up for us to cook, which we did! The rooms were amazing! The master bathroom, I wanted to take with me! The management company was so easy to work with and so helpful! We were coming in on a day with tornados and they were able to allow us in a little earlier than booked to let us get out of the tornado weather! Instruction for leaving were easy! I will definitely be staying many more times! Great property and worth the money! ##### Alyson H.
