Dog friendly! Game room n Trampoline for kids & adults! Fire Pit ! Jacuzzi tub in master on main floor, could be used for elderly people; Only 2 steps up on the porch, bottom porch, 1 step up for a bedroom. Easy access to everything
5 min. Walmart 8 min. downtown Branson & River Walk 7 min. to Silver- Dollar City 8 min. to strip!
The space:1-Porch has BBQ Grill, outdoor eating,and gathering spaces. The sun sets there. Front covered porch has a beautiful view of the sunrise approximately 6 o’clock, overlooking the Mountains, A lounging chair, a couple tables; you can play games, or drink your coffee. A 3rd patio at the bottom , W/a huge barbecue pit, to do s’more’s or just relax and play games.

If we can help; call me, at any time, we’re here for you! There is only 2-steps on the front porch to get into the home, convenient for elderly people and 1-step downstairs into 1-of the bedrooms, but you could stay in the front room if you have a handicap, we do not have handicap assessable w/ bathrooms; but it will help with elderly people!

Upstairs main floor the linens n towels by the washer n dryer and start a load downstairs keep those separated because Kings are upstairs queens are downstairs in the basement area
Put the trash in the 2 trash bins by the mailboxes. Make sure they’re closed because the animals will get into them. It’s better to put them flat instead of up n down you can fit more
Load and start the dishwasher

Perfect Getaway.

The property was gorgeous and spacious enough for plenty of people! We had 8 people (2 of our friends had to cancel) and there was definitely room to spare! The home has everything you could need and we never even had to leave the property during our stay. The host was extremely friendly and even left some special extras for us. Communication was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place!

We had a group of 16 there and it was great for our group. We were off roading at TexPlex nearby. There was plenty of room to park our trucks and trailers. House was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food for such a large group. The owner was great to with and available for any questions we had. I would definitely book again!

Group Trip to Branson

We had a group of 16 people stay three nights. The host was great to work with and communicated about the house prior to our visit. The house met our needs and was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the "extras" at the house. We will be planning a return trip.

Super nice!

Very nice (and LARGE) home! Spacious rooms- 2 separate living rooms and kitchens as well. Loads of outdoor space- several layers of decks and patios. Angela is a great host and is very accommodating. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Branson.

60th Birthday Weekend

The house was great!! It had everything we needed. The well ran dry and the host did everything she could to help us out. In the end, we had water and everything was good! Beautiful home with a beautiful view. I would stay again.

Excellent Private Getaway

This vacation rental is as described. It can comfortably house a large family or as in our case, three couples who wanted our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and dining. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent. Easy to get to and just a short drive to all of the area attractions. The view from the back porch was incredible. We spent a lot of our time there taking in the sights. Even had a deer walk down the driveway. Excellent vacation home in an excellent location with an excellent view!

The view is beautiful. Lots of extra, like hot chocolate / coffee bar. Kids had games and we had a great time. I can’t imagine how wonderful this would be during warmer weather.

Ladies Group Getaway

We had a group of ladies ranging from 48-74. The house was perfect for everyone to sleep, get ready, and have the space they needed while we were there. One of the ladies would like to go back in the future with her grandkids.

Weekend family time

We had 9 grandkids and 8 adults stay for the weekend coming from Arkansas and Kansas. The house was amazing, enough room for everyone, we had meals together it was amazing !! There was activities and game for the adults and kids inside and outdoor. The house was stocked with everything that we needed, It is a very quite amazing views!! Highly recommend Angie she was very accommodating and easy to work with!! We will definitely be back !!

Wedding Weekend

We were looking for a great place where family could come in for my son's wedding. We found it...lots of space; plenty of sleeping room. Beautiful porches for morning coffee and conversations. Fire pit in the evenings. Lots of games and outdoor activities. It's very secluded but only 15 minutes from everything in Branson. The description was exactly as stated. We can't recommend this place highly enough! Angela is a wonderful hostess and great to work with.

Amazing in every way

Everything was absolutely amazing! Angie went above and beyond with the house, there were so many added perks and she really thought of everything when it came to this property. We had our wedding here and couldn’t have picked a better place. There was plenty of room inside and outside. The views were beautiful, especially in the morning. It did rain while we were there but having the beautiful porch was amazing because we were able to just sit outside and enjoy it. It’s definitely worth it. Very secluded which was nice. It was just all around perfect. Thank you for everything Angie

Angie was extremely accommodating and helped us have a great experience. She was quick to respond to questions. The house was comfortable, and well stocked, I've never seen a kitchen stocked so well at any VRBO I've stayed at. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. We veery much enjoyed the outdoor spaces. I will be using Angie again!.

Our family had a blast. Angela was the most attentive host I've had! A few family comments: "I appreciated the extra little soaps and hotel like trinkets she had in all bathrooms. I liked our room. Comfortable bed, decor was cute, they had a fan in there! We also had a ton of towels in our bathroom which was great. Oh they had sweet and low packets too which I forgot to bring my own so that was appreciated." "I liked the gaming equipment for the kids! It was very entertaining for them and they loved it." "I loved the location! 15 minutes from downtown Branson but it also felt like we were in the middle of nowhere." We took a karaoke machine and sang half the night, and we were loud. Perfect place for large noisy family!!!!!

Too warm

beautiful setting- The AC was insufficient to keep the house cool and comfortable. Window units do not cut it- upstairs rooms were too warm to sleep in- Although it was beautiful and we had good time we would not rent it again.
