Enjoy farmhouse charm in a lake view walkout condo The Farmhouse at Fall Creek, is a cozy & simple, newly renovated 1-bedroom walkout condo serenely situated along the bank of Lake Taneycomo. A 5-minute stroll through the Ozark Mountain air gets you to the Fall Creek Marina, just a short 0.4 miles from the condo. Table Rock Lake & State Park Marina is also nearby (5.7 mi) for your on-the-water adventures. While you are welcome to bring your own boating/fishing supplies, if you don’t want the hassle, the folks at Fall Creek or State Park Marinas will hook you up in renting or buying everything you need for your day on the water. Your condo is conveniently located within a close 10-minute drive to the Strip, local attractions, restaurants, shopping and so much more, yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to be a quiet & calm escape. AIRPORT: Branson Airport (BKG) is 17 mi. from the condo. Inspiration & good vibes abound upon entering this charming retreat prepared with all ages, stages and your comfortability in mind. The open-concept is perfectly appointed for cooking, eating, watching your favorite shows, playing a game together or just relaxing in the warm glow of the fireplace. THE KITCHEN is complete & efficiently furnished with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-coil burner stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher & detergent, toaster, blender & coffee maker (12-Cup carafe & individual cup), cooking utensils, pots & pans, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glasses, seasoning, cooking spray, coffee & creamer, hot pads, towels, wash cloths & dish drainer. THE DINING AREA is bright & cheery with natural light streaming in, and a ceiling fan above the lovely farmhouse table that seats 2-4\. The cute, stocked coffee bar & a small corner pantry cabinet complete this gathering space. The softly-lit LIVING ROOM boasts a nice-sized, comfortable, clean, leather sofa that pulls out into a second Queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. (Extra pillows & linens located in the bedroom closet). Beautifully crafted wood tables paired with a cozy electric fireplace create a special rustic ambience. Games for a variety of ages are on shelves…for creating memories, laughter & bonding on a rainy afternoon! THE BEDROOM beckons you into a warm, calming, & peaceful oasis where you will rest easy on a comfortable Queen bed. Protected pillows & mattress are dressed in clean, soft sheets & a simply elegant quilt. Conveniently charge electronic devices using the USB ports on the provided alarm clocks. The ceiling fan, soothing sound machine, modern blinds & room-darkening curtains on the window ensure a long, restful night’s sleep. This was or first time in Branson, so we wanted that kind of place. It is a multi-unit condo. Another review noted the person on the upper level woke early could be heard. That was true, but we are early risers so it helped to wake us up and get us going. The inside is lovely and very functional. Bring your own pillow if you are picky. The patio and river view were the disapointment. It is overgrown to the point that you can hardly see, let alone walk down to the river. It was along the banks of Lake Taneycomo, which gives it a rural feel, but it is only minutes from all the Branson attractions. Everything we could need was available to us. The owners were kind and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be waking up to the people above us walking around - however that’s no fault of the owners.One minor tip we would add that would really top it off is if there were some type of personalized welcome sign. Example: “Welcome, Johnson family!” - It makes it feel more inviting for the guests. We’ve seen it at other vrbo’s and thought it would be a cute idea to share with you! We enjoyed our stay, would recommend for a couple looking to get away from the main city area of Branson. It was quiet and perfect for us. ##### Annie A. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Brian N. 26 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Visually Nice, But issues with parking/creaking roof/bed Upfront, the hosts were quick to respond to messages with questions or concerns for the duration of the stay. The interior of the property is also clean, well-organized, and a generally pleasant place to be.However, there were some underlying issues experienced that did impact the quality of our stay at the property.First and foremost, the biggest issue experienced was a very loud creaking that came from the ceiling/upper unit floor as the upstairs tenant seemingly walked laps over the bedroom each morning at approximately 6 am. We got the impression that the upstairs tenant is a long-term resident, so be aware you will be awoken early each morning.The second issue experienced is there are limited spots in the parking lot and at times no room in the lot at all to park. Vehicles are supposed to display a parking pass in order to park in the lot, however, several vehicles in the lot did not have passes. One evening I arrived with no room in the lot and contacted the host. While the host responded promptly, no real solution was provided outside of 'I will call the HOA office when it opens on Monday'. Understandably, the host has little control over people who break the rules, but be aware you could be out of luck and need to find a parking solution yourself.Finally, the bed is pretty uncomfortable. Exactly what we needed. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the decor!
