Communication with the host was incredibly timely and helpful—from booking all the way through checkout—which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The thoughtful holiday touches made the whole place feel magical. We spent hours around the dining table playing games, and even did a fun little photo shoot to capture our weekend. The fireplace added the perfect warm and inviting atmosphere.We were so impressed with everything—location, comfort, décor, and hospitality. I loved the location and theme- very nice! (except the top bedroom TV did not work) The coffee maker was a little odd, had to have prefilled coffee filters to use. Be sure and bring extra trashbags, baggies, alum. foil, paper towels, toilet paper. The staff at check in were very nice and helpful. This property was perfect for my family of 5 and my parents! The sleeping/bathroom situation would be difficult if you were vacationing with a modest group rather than family. Pillows smelled oily We had to call to have someone come clean the floors, wipe down furniture. The towels smelled nice and fresh, were fluffy, but the pillows smelled oily. You cannot forget issues like cleaning/changing pillows. Bedding quality is imperative to a pleasant stay. We also should have been told we needed technology to hook up in order to watch television.
