Home is located on a unique and private bend of the lake and provides an incredible water view and perspective.

As for this listing, there is plenty of room to sleep 12 comfortably! This home has 7 beds that sleep 12 as well as a pull-out couch for extra bedding if needed. See below for more details on sleeping/bedroom arrangements.
Relax in the screened in porch! Don't forget to indulge in some Smore' making by the backyard fire pit!

This home is fully equipped for groups that love to cook. There is one Fully Stocked kitchen! The main floor and newly renovated kitchen are fully stocked. There is also a gas grill on the balcony and propane can is provided but not the gas if there is none at arrival!

Guests enjoy plenty of space to have their meals! In the kitchen you will have a large dining room table for 8 as well as an island with two barstools! There is also a large table on the deck overlooking the water (6-8 people). The dock also has a smaller 4-person table.

The house was designed with the water in mind!

The bedroom/sleeping layout is as follows:

Main floor -
Dining Room/Kitchen: Fully stocked Kitchen with Dining room for seating for 10 people
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: King bed w/ 43 inch smart-tv
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin over Full Bunkbed

If you need room for more, there is a pull-out couch in the front "Game" room!

All the lake house essentials are covered! Linens and bath/lake towels are included. Washer/dryer unit as well!

- One boat lift and power jet ski lift available on request if you bring your own boat or just tie up on the dock.

BOAT RENTAL:
The boat rental will start and end right on the dock, can't get more convenient. We encourage you to rent the boat for your full stay. The boat is $350 a day or $2000 for a week.

We also have a Jet-Ski Rental for $300 per day or $1800 per week.

Let us know if you're interested so we can plan for the additional logistics. Boat renters should have previous boating experience and have a valid Boater's License or born on/before 1988!
