« The room was very rough little marks all over the walls. The room had a very strong odor. There was mold in the heating unit. There was something splattered all over the wall by the sink. Everything was very beat up and very out dated. »

« The listing on vrbo made it sound like it had a bathroom. The bathroom was an outhouse, or we could hike to a bathroom. The bed appeared smaller than a queen, but it barely fit in the A-frame. We could not stand up straight when trying to move on either side of the bed. Also, the mattress was worn out, saggy and uncomfortable. We had paid for 2 nights but ended up checking out early, only stayed one. There was an envelope to tip housekeeping, but I had to sweep the deck and clean spider webs...

« The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer. »
