« Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et prêt à aider. La chambre est simple mais très propre. Point positif: pas de moquette, mais du parquet! Y étant fin octobre, les couleurs automnale des arbres étaient magnifiques. Un arrêt de bus PRT (ridePRT.org) amène au centre ville (ligne Y46 pour 2,75$ en à peu près 50 minutes) en moins de 50m. »

« We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer. »

« The room was relatively clean. The AC didn't work very well and our room minifridge didn't work. I was only there for 1 night and checked in late, but it would have been nice to be able to keep our drinks cold. Check in and out was quick and easy. The exterior and parking lot can use some upgrades. Wasn't sure how safe the location was. I wouldn't choose to use this location for anything other than just to sleep. »

« 1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed.
