"There was a bit of a mix up when we first got there and it appeared we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. However, as soon as I said something, they immediately gave us a new room and apologized for the mix up. It was resolved so quickly, we were quite pleased. The room was a little small, but not uncomfortably so. It appeared to be fairly clean and the beds were quite comfortable. It also had an AC unit which was a godsend in the heat and humidity! The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. Honestly, the only suggestion I would have for improvement is maybe some art or something on the walls, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. I would recommend Bayside if you want a comfortable stay in Kingston."

"Great location, close to many of Prince Edward County’s attractions, and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. However, for the price, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and quality: the oven, shower grout and dressing area were quite dirty/dusty, the hairdryer was very outdated, and the harsh white lighting made the space less cozy. The Ontario Parks seasonal pass included with the apartment was a great bonus for free parking."
