« Phil, the host, thought of everything! The check in process was seamless, the house was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. My family and I had a great time playing in the pool-the kids didn’t want to go to sleep! The only thing I would recommend is a 3pm check in instead of 4 and an 11:00 check out instead of 10. The extra hour on each would be very helpful! »

« This was a great lake house that we stayed at during the Masters Golf Tournament. The 10-15min drive back into town was not bad at all and we found pretty much everything we needed at a Publix or several restaurants in town. While it was a bit of a drive to the tournament we appreciated the quietness of the property and it allowing us to escape all the hustle of town. The inside was tastefully decorated and well kept. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We especially found the labels...

« This property was so amazing to stay at. It was easy to find, we were in for a long weekend visiting with family and it meet all of our needs! It’s pet friendly which was an amazing because we brought our two dogs with us. My son loved watching the deer play around the cabin in the evenings and mornings. All toiletries was provided, along with other little extras. Which when traveling is such a life saver, we gratefully appreciated it. The owners live on property and we even had some neighbors...

« We are a group of friends that try to meet up once a month to keep in touch and break bread! So, we gave this option a try! It was the best decision we made! Not only was this the house immaculate, it was exactly as described and the host was excellent! « I used to stay across the street at Home2Suites, but between the noise and the dogs I decided to try the Avid. It was amazing. So clean and fresh. The room was smaller but it was perfect for me. The bed was great. I have a Sleep Number but still got great sleep for the 4 nights I was there. I even asked at the front desk if I could buy one of their soft pillows but the don’t sell them. I NEED one. lol »
