Our lovingly furnished one-room vacation apartment “AHOI” offers approximately 35 m² of space for 4 adults and one toddler. The apartment is located in a quiet area in Boiensdorf, not far from the idyllic Salzhaff—one of the most beautiful natural paradises on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast.

The vacation apartment features an open-concept living room and bedroom with an integrated dining area, a small sitting area, a cozy double bed, and an additional sleeping space. A travel crib can be provided for a small child.

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything you need for self-catering.

The modern bathroom features a shower and underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth on cooler days.

On the private terrace, you can relax and wind down at the end of the day while enjoying the fresh air. High-quality patio furniture is provided. The garden is perfect for sunbathing or playing.

A parking space is located right next to the property. Access is easy via a key box—making flexible arrival times hassle-free.

The vacation rental is located in the quiet neighborhood of Boiensdorf, right next to the Salzhaff—ideal for families with children, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. The lagoon is shallow and calm, perfect for swimming, paddling, or trying your hand at surfing.

Beaches, shopping, pharmacies, and restaurants can be found in nearby Rerik (approx. 7 km), in Neubukow, or in Kühlungsborn. The surrounding area is ideal for bike rides, walks, and excursions along the Baltic Sea Coastal Bike Path.
