"I booked their "luxury apartment". Unfortunately, I quickly realized that there wasn't much "luxury" about it after all. As soon as I stepped inside, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. (I found out that it was coming from the drain pipe in the shower). "In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. "We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
