Wonderful home for a quiet weekend with a small family or two couples.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, two baths and a queen sleeper sofa.
Updated throughout and decor-themed for our famous locally-shot Hitchcock film "The Birds". Secluded hot tub with an open view of the day and night sky. Just a short walk to the beach or our Blue Water Bistro for a bite to eat, drinks, and live music on Thursday nights. Sits by the 11th fairway of our world-class golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.

Due to allergies, no animal is allowed on the property.
No RV.

This place was amazing! There was so much attention to detail with the bay theme with marine animals as well as the clear nod to the Hitchcock classic. The hot tub was a welcome respite from the rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to enjoy meals in the home. The beds were very comfortable. Will certainly come again to enjoy whale watching and checking for starfish as we missed the experience this time.

This was a great place to stay with my two small children(5 and 3 months)! Juli was super responsive and helpful letting us know that she had a portacrib available for our baby so we didn’t have to bring one. She also brought over some legos and coloring book/pencils for our older daughter. The house has everything that you need in terms of the kitchen supplies, and even beach towels, and sand toys. The location is great, there’s a restaurant close by to walk to and you can also walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Juli!

Perfect relaxing getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet—great for two couples. Loved the hot tub and the easy access to the beach, golf course, and all of Bodega Bay. The host was welcoming and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home

We had a lovely time at this home. Fun “The Birds” movie theme, plenty of space, plenty of kitchen gadgets as we cooked/ate several meals at home, and lovely quiet neighborhood setting.

Bodega Bay Fishfest Weekend

The home is absolutely beautiful. Manager was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was in order. We look forward to staying here again in the near future. You want for nothing staying here. There was a chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc in the refrigerator with 2 chilled glasses with wrapped chocolate in each glass.

Great getaway

The house was great. I especially liked the living room with its spaciousness and nicely appointed decor. We used the kitchen only a little but it was perfect for our needs. I envy all of its cabinet space (most of it empty). The surrounding area was very quiet, something we both appreciated. It was a bit too chilly to sit out front on the deck, but I can imagine doing that on a rare warm day. All in all, we had a nice, albeit short, stay.

The birds house

The house was in a nice location over looking the bay. The wood panels and vaulted ceilings made the place feel really big. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen fully functional. Living area was spacious and perfect for an evening movie eith the family. Icing on the cake was the hot tub. Would definetly recommend and would return again. The nearby beach is also very clean and kid friendly.

Great Weekend Getaway to Bodega Bay

The Birds is a comfortable, spacious house with nice amenities (hot tub, filtered water from the fridge, an expansive Hitchcock DVD collection). It's within walking distance to hiking trails and the beach, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Juli, the property manager, was very communicative and responsive, and made sure we had a great stay. Would stay here again for our next weekend getaway to Bodega Bay and the Sonoma Coast!

Great BB Getaway
