It felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring. I ended up sleeping on the couch as I was miserable. None of the pictures online are from the unit we rented when I pointed it out to the renter, he said the furniture needed to be replace; however, this was a lie as I checked the bathroom pictures, and they also were not from the unit we stayed in. The freezer was completely iced filled and was not properly working. The kitchen sink drain also was clogged, so it slowly drained. I would not consider this a lux unit.
