« The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back. »

« We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed. »

« It was just me and my niece who agreed to be my traveling buddy. Never been and it was on my “want to see” list. The home was so well stocked and comfortable! Never did get to be I. The hot tub.. too cold but loved the deck. It was everything and more expected! »

« The property is very secluded. Would have loved to stay longer. The cabin was exactly what we needed and the drive into Gatlinburg was just a few minutes. »

« House is great. It is well-stocked with plenty of space. It seems like a secluded setting when you are there, but it is short drive to everything. All of us love the breweries and the nature. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Used the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. Plenty of wood at the house. Owner was very easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely rent this house again. »

« The pictures did not do this place justice. We called it a Mary Poppins house because it was so much bigger inside than it appeared. It is clearly well cared for. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Pro’s were cleanliness, mattress was comfortable, very quiet, somewhat remote but still close to Pigeon Forge, enjoyed sitting on back porch and watching a little deer come visit. Only cons were couch very uncomfortable and needs replacing, tiny coffee pot (only makes 4 cups). »

« Close to everything, but still felt private and cozy. The hot tub could have been bigger, it’s more of a 2 person tub. »

« Ryan's place in Ashville is amazing and our stay there was a total pleasure. I would 100% recommend it to anyone traveling there. »

« Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend. »

« This is a new concept. Electronic reservations and check in. The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and close to downtown and well priced. I would stay at Kasa again. »
