The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a new gas stove, gas cooktop, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, large stainless steel refrigerator, and a substantial kitchen island with white marble countertops and a gleaming gold-colored faucet. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, and coffee makers, a Keurig with initial K Pods, a regular coffee maker, a toaster oven, a blender, baby high chair, Pack N Play, and more. A quiet hour of 9 PM must be observed to respect the full-time residents nearby.
Outdoor surveillance cameras are in place for security.
The homeowner uses a CPI Security System for your safety; you can set the alarm system as needed.
Each bedroom has an assigned parking space; parking spaces 3 through 5 are located outside in the lower-level parking lot on the right side of the building, while spaces 1 and 2 are in the upper-level parking lot around the back of the building, designated for this house only.
