"We had a great 2 week stay here. Check in was painless. The house was very clean with everything we needed. The location was great for us, near everything we wanted to do in Brandon. Would definitely recommend!"

"This house was perfect for our family. It checked all the boxes. The house was super clean. Location was perfect. Very easy find, thanks to the address sign by the street. The layout of the house was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and two additional bedrooms and bathroom on the earth. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tampa."

"There were some good things about this home but unfortunately they were outweighed by the not so good things. The shower in the master bath was outstanding. The water pressure was excellent, the shower head was wide and being able to switch between the shower head and the handheld shower nozzle was great. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus and the owner even provided a remote for the garage door opener for us to use. But the negatives were significant. The house is poorly maintained. The dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer when it is running. There were light bulbs burned out and missing in several fixtures. The smoke alarm batteries caused problems because they had not been changed as they should. The electrical outlets in the queen bedroom went out periodically. The filter lights were on in the refrigerator and the exhaust fan in the kitchen indicating they needed replaced. Sadly the owner was not very responsive when we requested that he fix to most urgent issues. The second time we had a smoke alarm sound off, it took him 9 days to respond to our message to him. Nine days is totally unacceptable! I went to Walmart within an hour of the alarm going off to buy a replacement battery and replaced it myself or we wouldn't have gotten any sleep for 9 days. I could go on but I'm limited to 1500 characters so I have to stop. Needless to say we will not rent this house again even though we make annual winter trips to Florida to escape winter in the north."

"Ami was an amazing host-SUPER responsive. The property is in a great location-nice quiet area close to everything. HUGE fully fenced in yard. Although we did not have children with us, the home is nicely equipped with crib youth bed, toys, highchair and an awesome doll house. 1st floor master with large bathroom. TONS of storage space. Would highly recommend!"

"Comfy spot that feels secluded from the main house with separate entrance, gate and driveway. Clean and neat - little details that host included made the spot feel welcoming. "

"Wonderful stay!!!! Bed was very soft and comfy for us. Place was brand new & beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place. It was quiet, safe, cozy. Everything worked great, smelled great. Would absolutely stay here again when in the area. For elderly guests be careful entering the gate. The ground is terraced and gravel there. We found it uneasy to walk through but hopefully can be remedied soon. Communication was great with the owner despite some language barriers between us. Overall it was a great stay and we are very pleased. Thanks for having us. "
