"Mattress was fine. Employees were nice. Elevator worked. A lot of people live there. Room had some issues. Brown spots on the bathroom wall, tub was in rough shape, the paint around the smoke detector was peeled off because someone put tape over it, and no employees working at night. I had asked for a first floor room by the doors and they put me on the third floor. Won’t stay again."
