The fireplace and hot turn were highlights, and the well equiped kitchen an added bonus. Helen was a wonderful host, and heated the cottage up prior to our arrival so that we felt warm and welcome from the minute we arrived, The beds were very comfortable, the house spotlessly clean, communication great &relaxed check in & out times were very convenient. Every amenity you would need, including generous breakfast supplies and other goodies. Comfortable beds, warm fire, absolutely magnificent. The only blot on our stay and mostly of our making, we hadn't realised the access is up a long set of steps at the side of the cottage and carrying our luggage in was almost a bridge to far.
