Really needs some updating, paint, good power washing. Ex. Old single pane windows with spiders inside! The rugs are very old and stained in the room, cracked sink and caulking in tub is really yucky. The staff are very nice and they make it feel more upscale than the hotel actually is. Breakfast is nice, service is nice, mountain view is beautiful over a street and homes though. Very close to scenic world and other national park areas. Everywhere was very clean , very nice big bedroom and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for blue mountains.
