"We stayed in a 2 BR suite and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, modern, spacious and quiet. We specifically chose this hotel because it was non-smoking and did not have a casino. Check-in was a breeze, and we were also allowed to have a late check-out with no extra charge. The outdoor pool can get a bit crowded, there are lots of kids and parents, but we didn’t mind, as this was expected. Also worth mentioning-do yourself a favor and purchase a pass for the Deuce bus that runs up and down the strip."

"That hotel need to be shut down. They had to switch my room 3 times. 1st room AC didn't work. 2nd toilet didn’t work. 3rd room someone left old food in the refrigerator and the bed was broken. All 3 rooms were dirty. The elevator broke down twice a man in his son was stuck inside for 10 minutes. Me and my family was coming down the escalator and it stopped on us. We all flew forward down the escalator. The casino staff was horrible and rude. There was one staff member that was super nice and her name was Miss Carrie. Other than that This place needs to be shut down."

"Although the room price was decent through hotels, and we knew we had to pay a resort fee, we were not aware that we would also have to pay $21 per day for parking. We started at the check in counter which took about 20 minutes. We were then told to make sure we had scanned the QR code for parking. I had trouble with the app working correctly. The individual at the counter had no clue how to help me and kept telling me that I needed to delete it and start over. I finally figured this out on my own. We go to our room, which has a really small bathroom with no vanity space to set up toiletries. The shower had a step that was at least 7 inches and was very unsafe to use especially when exiting the shower. Next, the bed was right next to an older model air conditioner that was very noisy, and blew cold air right on the bed. Last, the mattress was HORRIBLE. It had no support and a section that sunk in on the right side of the bed. As far as amenities, forget it. If you call McDonalds the place you want to eat at when you are hungry at night, forget it. The machines were very tight. It shouldn't take 10 or more spins just to win a few cents. This was the worst two night stay I have ever had in Las Vegas, and would never return to the Strat again."
