« The room smelled musty, the furniture was terribly scuffed and not well taken care of. The toilet was very low to the ground that made it difficult for someone in their 3rd trimester to use the bathroom. The tub was not clean and was in need of repairs on the walls. The bathroom sink leaked underneath all over the floor causing a major slip hazard if we didn't noticen right away. We also paid for the king sized bed and were given a room on the ground floor with 2 queen beds. We will not be...

« Bathroom smelled horribly of mildew. Both TVs did not work well staff fixed quickly however. The bathroom smell was atrocious. We were exhausted. We did not call about it and just dealt with it. Even though we have stayed there many times, we probably won’t be back. »

« I was ironing a new shirt and the ironing board had a piece of metal sticking out, which I didn’t see, as I was ironing, the metal made a hole in my shirt. I was not happy at all. The inside bathroom door was very old. That door needs to be replaced. The breakfast are needs ew furniture, which I saw a sign later that new furniture was coming in. Other than that it was pretty clean. »
