I’m glad they upgraded us which was very thoughtful, the floor we stayed was good however there was a leakage at the time which didn’t look pretty. The parking isn’t free and even if you make payments, you can’t leave the property else you will to make another fresh payment. Asides that the expertise was good

It's in the perfect location for the city centre. Spacious comfortable rooms. Let down was not being informed of works being undertaken and gym looked like it was under construction too. For a girls weekend it was a let down. Would have been nice to have been told sooner. Room service unable to provide bathrobes for my friend. Room service was good. Staff friendly and helpful. As I said nice hotel but would have picked another hotel for this trip if informed beforehand. Radisson did kindly provide ear plugs to help with noise. AC down due to heatwave and so two fans in room. Breakfast was good. I am not a big eater but there was something for everyone and it wasn't busy.

Very expensive hotel but seems very run down. Rooms are spacious and clean but definitely needs renovation. Door lock broken, overall paint and carpet change. Breakfast was very average for a the price paid. Staff were helpful but because my stay was booked through Expedia (external provider) they didn’t seem happy and asked for room deposit. I asked why and they said if I booked directly through their website it would be fine but because I used external provider I need to pay deposit. Also I didn’t get VIP access as advertised on Expedia. Rooms were clean and hotel does not have parking but car park which was 2mins walk was on £5 for every 24hrs. Location is very good right next to station, shops and restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and location was perfect . Unfortunately on arrival no one had filled the handwash or shower gel , so had to request someone to do this . The aircon was extremely noisy and could not control the temperature of the shower , extremely hot and could have been dangerous.

Room was perfect 14th floor excellent views of the city, hotel lobby smells amazing soon as you walk in. Staff so polite and help full, held our baggage before check so we didn't have to take it with us around the city. Amazing stay thank you.
