It was just as advertised, if not better. Loved the location, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a delicious bakery, and gelato. We even walked back from Legacy after the show. A decent walk but certainly doable. Beware if you don't like stairs, it is one the third floor, but this may be the only drawback. I was a little concerned that it was so close to the railroad tracks, but it faces away and had multiple cement walls between. Also has a sound machine. Being a vaulted studio, thermostat did struggle to get to and stay at 70°. We knew this ahead of time looking at the pictures and took robes with us and we’re happy that we did. incredible location with respect to walking to multiple great restaurants. ##### Rob S.
