"This place completely blew me away. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this incredible, pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice. It feels like a hidden escape where you can truly disconnect and forget everything for a while.The river is absolutely stunning, but what really got me was the greenery, the lush, vibrant forest all around you is just unreal. Every detail of the space was so thoughtfully designed, from the layout to the décor. You can tell everything was placed with intention, and the room had everything you could possibly need (and more).I genuinely loved every moment there and feel so grateful we experienced it. It’s definitely underrated, and if you’re even thinking about going just do it. It’s such a unique, special experience."

"Excellent place. The interior is exactly as pictured. Lots of room, AC works very well. You can hear the coqui at night and it's wonderful. The river along side the property is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful when I was trying to find the property late at night in the dark and rain. If you want to spend time at El yunque and luquillo beaches, this place is perfect. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough good things! We especially loved the deck off the kitchen it's the perfect spot for morning coffee and the view is just breathtaking. Our group of 10 ate all our meals out there as well! The pool area is also amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. Ric was a great host and helped us plan a wonderful vacation with a guided tour of El Yunque and a private boat charter to Palamino. One of the best VRBO's we've ever rented!"

"We would certainly recommend this stay to anyone. Very clean and owners very thoughtful and responsive. Easy access to main highways. Just needs a few more items in kitchen for avid cooks, but we didn’t want to cook on vacation anyway! We were able to route the wonderful AC from the bedrooms with the fan into living space. This worked very well. Thank you go a lovely stay! "

"Fabulous everything! The view, the ever accommodating and kind-hearted host, and the thoughtful amenities were the best. Sugar for coffee, salt and pepper on the table, pits and pans of all sorts, and even a big drawer of storage containers for leftovers. The layout was great, with several pleasant places for congregating, a nicely arranged kitchen, and a half bath by the pool. We were a group of 16 adults, all family members, and we did breakfast and at least one other meal at the house. All of us loved it. "

"The house was large and comfortable for our group of 7. More attention to simple details would have made our stay much better, like: - there is a pool table but no cue ball, the felt on the table is ripped and 5 or 6 cue sticks but only 1 cue stick has any felt on the tip.- When we first entered the house I found a bucket with water and a mop sitting in the middle of the foyer.- The house was clean in the highly visible spots but not in corners behind furniture or around the sides of the stove.- There was no renters guide or list of instructions and recommendations for local dining that you usually find in a high end vacation rental.- The bed in the master bedroom was loud enough to wake my wife or I whenever we shifted sleeping position.- The dresser drawer in the master bedroom came apart the first time we tried to use it. Someone had obviously tried to repair it in the past by hammer in a couple of metal staples to hold it together. Of course the “repair” did not last."
