« This is our second time with Nancy as a host and she is always great! The place was as posted and listed with all the amenities we would need for a short weekend trip. I was concerned about the stairs with our very curious toddler but a baby gate was provided and made it less stressful. It was easy to move from top and bottom when needed. « It was smaller then appeared on the photos. I was disappointed with the pet friendly back yard, stickers and fox tails are not pet friendly and you could see that people did not pick up after their dog prior to us. The slider door could use a screen. Other than that is cozy the sheets were clean and everything was tidy. I think the floors were not as clean, I could see dog fur. »

« A cute cabin that’s only a 10-15min drive into downtown Big Bear. Only real knocks on the place: 1. Heat was turned on when we arrived (visited in August) so it was 84 degrees inside. Cooled down nicely later on once we turned that off and opened some windows. No AC. 2. Patio has a great view and is a great spot to hangout. Downside was it was a mess. Sap on the deck and on the chairs, as well as cobwebs. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up in a long time. Wiped it down when we went out...

« Our stay at Bear Haven was amazing! The owners and property managers were so kind and oh so hospitable. The cabin was impeccably clean and so lovely. The cabin is so cozy and provided us with four wonderful days with our children and grandchildren. The TV is equipped with everything you could hope to watch and the gaming system provided us with lots of healthy and fun competition. I can't recommend this cabin enough! »
