« I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Berlin. Mais établissement "industriel", avec des centaines de clients et des infrastructures souvent débordées: accueil encombré, salle de petit déjeuner saturée, engendrant attente pour pouvoir y accéder et absence de place assise. La chambre était correcte mais mériterait un rafraichissement. A noter, l'accès au rooftop est payant, même pour les clients de l’hôtel - cet élément n'apparait pas clairement dans la publicité de l’hôtel."
