"Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. "The hotel has a nice, large hotel with a big restaurant/bar area. The hotel is well located - I arrived and left Gothenburg by train, and the main train station is located right across the street from the hotel. The facilities are nice, though the bathroom showers need updating. I had a problem with very loud, arguing neighbors - but I have to say - when I brought my concern to the staff front desk - they took the problem, like right now. Overall, good location, good service - I had a pleasant stay. "
