It was clean, well equipped and a good floor plan. We appreciated having children's toys, plates, high-chair, pack and play and booster seat - made things MUCH easier. The house came with 10 SHARQ passes and lots of bikes (including a bike with a child's trailer!). The outdoor deck was fantastic and the BBQ was brand new. Great place for relaxing after a day on the river, or riding bikes, hiking and walking to the river. We really enjoyed being close to the river, it became our favorite place to walk to. We’ve been to Sunriver quite a few times and have decided we really like a house with a deck on the upper level, it’s nice. To be on a different level than the bike path or road.
